This is the second, supplemented edition of "Golden Book of Bulgarian Petty Bourgeois Cuisine", in which, in addition to the old family recipes from the notebooks of my family, I have also added several global gastro diamonds that I have discovered in unusual places such as the Mongolian steppe and the lower part of Manhattan. And around which there are many funny stories, experienced by me or part of the world's pop culture.
I would like to make them applicable to the Bulgarian conditions according to the know-how of my mother, who everything she wrote down is presented in elements and easy-to-remember volume ratios in one coordinate system, which minimizes the possibility of mistakes when preparing food.
